ABOUT ABOUT

By 2050, we’ll have more plastic in the ocean than fish according to our current habits. Plastic-free July is a movement to reduce our plastic use for cleaner streets, waterways, and oceans. Join Green Philly for a discussion about this plastic problem and what consumers and brands can do about it.

  • Why plastic affects our waterways, streets, and neighborhoods
  • What types of plastic are most problematic, and alternative solutions
  • How brands are reconsidering their relationship with plastic
  • What we can do to reduce our plastic use and reduce plastic around us.
