We’re experiencing the largest climate emergency EVER. But let’s face it - personal change just isn’t enough. As leaders, we need to move from incremental steps to BIG change. How do we get people on board and change their motivations through change management? Join us to learn:

Natalie Nixon, Ph.D. is a creativity strategist, global keynote speaker, and author of the award-winning The Creativity Leap: Unleash Curiosity, Improvisation, and Intuition at Work. Rob Fleming is an architect and a LEED accredited professional. He is the founding Director and professor of the MS in Sustainable Design program at Thomas Jefferson University. Rob is a founding board member for the Delaware Valley GreenBuilding Council and a board member for Community Ventures, a low-income and senior housing developer. Rob is a Sustainability Fellow at Re:Vision architect.

Michael O’Bryan is a practitioner and researcher in the fields of community development, organizational culture, and human well-being. He is an Innovation Fellow at Drexel University’s Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation and the founder of Humanature, a design strategy firm helping organizations transform how they understand and support human development, interaction, and performance. Mike is on faculty at the Curtis Institute of Music and is a lecturer in city planning at the University of Pennsylvania’s Stuart Weitzman School of Design.
